Henna: I discovered the are of Mehndi when a friend from Oman came to visit. We spent the summer painting on the kids and ourselves. I went on to take workshops, practice and eventually lead workshops and classes myself. The following site is the best link for all things henna. They have links to supplies, artists, and information.

Dance: One of my great loves is dance. While I’m not “a dancer anymore”, I do teach pre ballet. This studio is owned my dear friend, Sheryl- Marie Dunaway. She and her teachers offer some of the most professional training you will find anywhere. Their dancers have won scholarships, been selected to national training programs but most importantly grown into lovely, intelligent, poised young women. They are honor role students and active in charitable organizations. Sheryl-Marie has been a long time supporter of our Yoga community, both as a student and through the use of her studio for classes and workshops.
