Each Yoga Therapy class or Private Yoga Therapy session is designed to benefit the student in his or her day to day life. The yoga instructions give simple breath driven movements that can be repeated by the student at home or incorporated into everyday life. Modifications are made to enhance the experience and improve the results of the yoga therapy.
