Let the healing begin! Tomorrow, Wednesday the 8th of October in the Yoga for Back Care and Thursday the 9th of October in the Yoga for Therapeutics and Alignment, we will begin to follow the Viniyoga Yoga/NIH for Low Back Pain protocol. The next 8 weeks will provide you with slow gentle movements to help reduce or eliminate back pain and provide you with a long term practice to change the way you deal with your back. Each day I will provide a short tip or thought for you to support your home practice and deepen your understanding of Therapeutic Yoga.
